This treatment is carried out fully clothed. The therapist places their hands in a sequence of positions on or just above the body. High frequency healing energy flows through the practitioners' hands to the client, which can help correct energy imbalances in the receiver.

Reflexology involves the application of gentle pressure to various reflex points on the feet. These points represent different areas of the body. Imbalances in the body may be detected through the feet and worked on accordingly. In practice this therapy can help with a wide range of conditions, and is very relaxing.

A seated massage that focuses on the upper back, neck shoulders and head. These areas are the most vulnerable to stress and tension. The massage involves a range of different movements including application of deep kneading and compression. It also involves the gentle stimulation of pressure points on the face. The treatment can be carried out with or without oils.
